At Lounge, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is completely stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
